OUR SAKE - 男山本店

取名男山是尊崇男山八幡宮之意思。堅持以心,將人和大自然連結在一起。用在地的大米,水和人釀造出當地人民喜歡飲用的清酒。1997年宮城県酒造好適米 - 藏之華  (Kura No Hana) 誕生,現任莊主管原 昭彥對於第一個釀造酒米的發展做出大量的貢獻。在現任杜氏柏 大輔悉心指導下,蒼天伝特別純米酒榮獲 IWC 2013 & 2014 金賞。他選用宮城縣酒造好適米-藏之華,配合Shishiori Kinzan Mountain 的溫和軟水,小批量生產,嚴謹的質量控制,慢慢誘導發酵,帶出溫和的味道和豐富的鮮味,非常適合配搭海鮮。正正反影出氣仙沼市作為日本重要漁業城市之一,藍天和大海以及大自然的故事。

這瓶酒的香味帶有層次感 (花蜜、果實香味)、酒香非常重,15C是最佳的溫度去享受這瓶酒;跟白魚、海膽很搭配。

This sake is best enjoyed at 15C when its elegant taste, delicate texture and fragrance are most apparent; pairs well with white fish and sea urchin.

蒼天純米大吟釀 (Sotenden Junmai Daiginjo)

酒藏用了宮城縣的天然泉水去釀造這瓶酒,所以這瓶酒帶有蘋果的花香。酒的甜度和滋味特別適合跟海鮮一起吃,例如秋刀魚刺身、鰹魚刺身等等。這瓶酒的獨特性在於釀酒的米:「蔵の華米」。「蔵の華米」的其中的一位始創人就是這瓶酒的莊主。這款清酒米釀造出來的清酒特別清香,顯得較為明顯的是花的芳香。

Miyagi natural spring water is used to produce this sake. This sake features apple-like flowery fragrance with a great balance of umami and sweetness. This sake goes very well with seafood that contains stronger flavours (such as pacific saury sashimi and bonito sashimi).

The uniqueness of this sake comes from the rice used and brewed — “Kuranohana sake rice”. The owner of the brewery is one of the contributing members in the development of this sake rice; “Kuranohana sake rice” is one of the first sake rice developed in Miyagi prefecture.

蒼天伝 美禄 特別純米酒 (春季限定)
Sotenden Biroku Tokubetsu Junmai-shu

“美禄春の霞” 是一瓶淡淡的“濁り酒”。味道特別濃,有些威士忌強烈的清新味道。

This spring sake is atypical strong sake with whisky fragrance. It is a “nigori sake”, containing some sake rice in the sake, making it a cloudy sake.

蒼天伝 特別本釀造 Sotenden Biroku Junmai-ginjo

這瓶特別本釀造在[常溫]、[熱燗]、[涼冷]飲都適合。酒有淡淡梅花和桃味,帶有像外國的白酒風格,餘韻可以感受到米的甘香。這瓶酒跟白魚特別搭配~最能夠帶出魚的鮮味。除了魚之外,跟蕎麥麵和蔬菜都很適合。

This bottle of sake can be enjoyed warm (50˚C), at room temperature (25-30˚C) and chilled (15˚C).  This sake has a subtle plum blossom and peach fragrance; it tastes a bit like western white wine. The sake has a wonderful rice aftertaste.

This sake goes well with white fish, soba and fresh vegetables.
